NON-DESTRUCTIVE HYDRO EXCAVATION

A safe and efficient technology for exposing subsurface utilities and removing buried infrastructure.

  • The best and safest method to expose subsurface services is non-destructive excavation.

  • This method carefully exposes underground infrastructure and services without causing any damage, by using high-pressure water to liquefy soil to form slurry. It is then extracted into our truck tanks utilising a vacuum system.

  • With little danger and no potential harm to those services, non-destructive excavation services can be performed close to and around water networks, telecommunications, power, or gas lines.

ELECTROMAGNETIC LOCATING

Using radio frequencies to find underground utilities

  • The asset is induced with a radio frequency using the electromagnetic approach.

  • The conductor then transmits the signal down its length, and a radio frequency antenna detects it above ground (locating wand).

  • Detects conductive or conductive-containing subterranean assets.

  • A secure and trustworthy strategy for ensuring the identification of subterranean valuables before excavation.

HYDRO JET CLEANING/ DRAIN CLEANING

The easiest and most effective method for clearing clogged drains, pipes, and sewers.

  • Blockages in pipes, drains, and sewers have the potential to seriously interrupt vital services and necessitate costly repairs.

  • The most potent and successful method of unclogging sewers, drains, and pipes of debris is hydro jet cleaning, which also helps to prevent subsequent buildup by cleaning the pipe walls.

  • It can access areas where conventional technologies can't, including the ability to go around corners, by applying a high pressure stream of water to a range of pipe sizes.

  • All types of pipes, including sewers and drains, as well as tree roots, culverts, sludge, and other waste buildups, can be easily cleaned out using hydro jet cleaning.

SITE DEWATERING

Removing waste water from a construction site, both surface and subsurface.

  • Dewatering is the process of draining groundwater, which guarantees construction work can be done safely.

  • It also prevents water from seeping into the site and potentially affecting engineering, and safeguards the long-term integrity of the structure and surrounding environment.

  • Uses centrifugation and filtration to effectively separate solids from liquids.

POTHOLE FILLING

Refilling potholes with sand, roadbase, and cold mix.

  • After non-destructive excavation work is finished, areas need to be repaired and restored.

  • Provides protection for underground utilities.

  • Roads and paved surfaces are restored using cold mix.

  • Excom Civil offers a tipper that is fully equipped.

TANKERING

IMG_6225.HEIC

The safe and efficient removal of liquid.

  • A means of transporting liquid utilising a Vacuum Truck.

  • Our largest truck can carry  9000L of liquid. We also offer our Liquid Waste Disposal Bin with a capacity of 12,000L.

  • We are licensed with the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) to safely transport large masses of liquid.
